The heart is both an organ and muscle meat. When feeding it
think "steak!"  It doesn't loosen stool like liver does so you 
can feed much more.

Heart is high in protein, essential amino acids, iron, phosphorus,
zinc and selenium. These nutrients help build muscle and help
with the transport of oxygen throughout your dog's body.

Most importantly beef heart contains taurine which supports 
heart health. So remember feed heart to help their hearts!
