I am new to the Raw Dog co-op and Robert made himself very available from the start. He was prompt with emailing me the info. I needed for my first pick up as well as a reminder the day before which is much appreciated. i am pleased with how well this operation is orchestrated.

Rob is very helpful and friendly. Answered all of my queries as I was changing the raw food supplier for my pet. Walked me through my first order which took lot of my guess work away. Thank you again and appreciate the help Rob.
