First, I have no issues with the owner of Blue Rock Training and the driver, Andrew. I do have an issue with the lack of communication regarding when the delivery truck would arrive. Myself and others who ordered through this coop were sent a confirmation email stating that the delivery would arrive on March 20 around noon. We all arrived and waited. There was no communication from the driver and Tyler, the person who regularly drives, seemed to have no idea who was delivering and how to get in touch with them. Eventually, a message finally went out to the driver and he eventually let Barb know when he was coming around 3:40pm. I don't fault the driver for this because he didn't know that we'd been told the delivery would be at noon. And he actually arrived around 3:30pm There needs to be better communication with the coop leader so the rest of us know what time to pick up our orders. I hope this can be resolved.
